3. Annulation et droit de rétractation

• Annulation d’abonnement : Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment. Pour annuler, veuillez vous connecter à votre compte et suivre les instructions d’annulation fournies sur votre tableau de bord ou nous contacter directement. Votre abonnement restera actif jusqu’à la fin de votre cycle de facturation payé en cours, et vous ne serez pas facturé pour la période suivante. Vous ne recevrez pas de remboursement pour la période de facturation en cours.
• Droit de rétractation : Conformément à la législation européenne, vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la date de souscription de votre abonnement. Si vous souhaitez exercer ce droit, veuillez nous contacter pendant cette période. Toutefois, ce droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas si vous avez expressément consenti à l’exécution immédiate du service et reconnu que vous perdez ainsi votre droit de rétractation. En accédant immédiatement aux contenus de nos cours, vous renoncez à ce droit.

4. Produits physiques et impression à la demande

Notre Service peut proposer des produits physiques, tels que des vêtements ou des accessoires, qui sont créés et expédiés par l’intermédiaire du service d’impression à la demande tiers Printful. En achetant ces produits, vous acceptez les conditions suivantes :

• Traitement et expédition : Tous les produits physiques sont fabriqués et expédiés par notre partenaire tiers. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards, des dommages ou des pertes pouvant survenir pendant le processus d’expédition une fois l’article remis au transporteur.

• Articles endommagés ou défectueux : Si vous recevez un produit endommagé, défectueux ou mal étiqueté, nous vous proposerons un remplacement ou un remboursement.
